After creating The Full Feedings Method® — a NO CRY IT OUT approach to infant & toddler sleep — I saw how many parents also struggled with feeding. Too often, the advice they received placed all the value on breastfeeding, while overlooking parents’ mental health and the importance of supporting sleep.
Parents need feeding guidance that supports the whole family — helping them build sustainable, healthy feeding relationships that also promote rest.
Because when breastfeeding or bottle feeding isn’t well established from the start, it can create long-term challenges with feeding, sleep, and overall well-being.
We have thoughtfully designed these fuller feedings feeding programs to support you in Step 1 of our sleep method.
“Having sleep makes me a better mother for all three of them, and a much happier version of myself.”

Frequently Asked Questions
Which program should I choose?
If you plan to exclusively breastfeed, start with Breastfeeding Basics. If you’re formula feeding, pumping, or combo feeding, choose Bottle Feeding Basics. Most parents end up needing both at some point — in fact, research shows that over 80% of breastfed babies take a bottle during their first year — which makes the Combo Program the most flexible choice.
Can I add on phone support?
Yes! You can book a private consultation at any time: $150 for a 30-minute call, $250 for a 60-minute call, or $325 for a 90-minute call. Email hellomilk@fullerfeedings.com to book a feeding consultation.
How are the feeding programs different from the sleep programs?
Our feeding programs support the first step of The Full Feedings Method® which is the foundation of great sleep. Ideally, parents use both programs together: the feeding programs give you the skills to confidently feed your baby, while the sleep programs show you how to structure those feedings into an age-appropriate daytime routine. Many parents even start the feeding programs prenatally so they’re fully prepared when baby arrives.
What are your qualifications?
We are Certified Breastfeeding Specialists with extensive experience in both breastfeeding and bottle feeding. Through our sleep programs and private clients, we’ve supported thousands of families with feeding — always in a practical, realistic, judgment-free way.
When should I start?
As early as possible! Many parents join during pregnancy so they feel prepared from day one. But you can begin at any time in the first year to get feeding and sleep on track.
Why is feeding so important for sleep?
Babies who eat well, sleep well. By supporting full daytime feedings, you naturally reduce the need for overnight feeds (when age-appropriate), making longer stretches of rest possible for the whole family.
What if I run into unique challenges?
We’ve built this program to cover real-life situations like preterm infants, multiples, pumping, supplementing, bottle refusal, and more. And if you need extra help, you can always book a 1:1 consultation for personalized support.
